1. When you place an order

Once you have placed an order with Internet4u & V2LPower, our system will automatically send you an order summary via email.
Order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you via email in connection with sending the order.

2. Order cancellation

3. Prices

All prices stated are in Danish kroner and include 25 % VAT. Reservations are made for price and proofreading errors, etc.

4. Payment

Payment for ordered goods can be made online using bank transfer, Dankort, Visa Dankort, Mastercard or cash upon collection. This information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and Internet4u & V2LPower. Payment will be deducted when the order is sent.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is same day on weekdays. Ordered products are generally shipped together.

Specially produced products may take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver.

Internet4u & V2LPower bærer ansvaret for varerne, indtil du har modtaget dem.

We produce our goods to order and deliver them as quickly as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal/return

Internet4u & V2LPower yder ifølge forbrugeraftalelovens § 17 en 14 dages fortrydelsesret på varer. Modtagne varer skal returneres i væsentlig samme stand og mængde.

The right of return/cancellation runs from the time you have received the goods.

It is possible to return goods in case of cancellation to our address, provided you bring the invoice.

Det, du har betalt for varen tilbagebetales til dig, når Internet4u & V2LPower har modtaget dine varer retur. Ved benyttelse af fortrydelses-/returretten vil der ske en elektronisk tilbageførsel af pengene.

For an electronic return, it may take up to 5 days before receipt.

Ved returnering hæfter kunden for eventuel forringelse af varen. Det er naturligvis ok at pakke varen ud af bobbelplasten fra papkassen for at se hvad der er blevet købt. Har varen været brugt eller taget skade, vil Internet4u & V2LPower tage en vurdering af en evt. forringelse af værdien.

Uddybning af fortrydelses-/returretten

Ingen fortrydelsesret. These agreements cannot be undone:

  • Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Purchases made as a business.

Varens stand, når du sender den retur. When you return the item, it must be in a saleable condition and as new. This means that you may test the item in the manner necessary to determine its nature, properties or the way it functions. In other words, you may test the item in the same way as if you were inspecting it in a physical store, but the item may not be put into use.

If you have tested the product in a way other than as described above and this has resulted in its value being reduced, you are responsible for this and will only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. In some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item, as the item may suffer damage during transport, for which you will be liable.

Please note that this is especially true for fragile electronic components that are delivered in anti-static packaging.

Products configured or set up at your request are required to be reset to factory settings before being returned due to cancellation.

Særlige betingelser for konfiguration af PC. When returning a custom-built PC with personal specifications, the assembly fee of DKK 600 will not be refunded.

By activating a license, you agree that the right of withdrawal lapses.

Tilbagebetaling af købsbeløbet. If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you in connection with the purchase, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the purchase.

We will automatically refund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If you return your item in Øster Stillinge, there is no cash payment upon cancellation.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

7. Right of complaint

In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sales Act, you as a consumer are granted a 24-month right of complaint on all goods.

Internet4u & V2LPower vil derefter håndtere din reklamation.

8. Reservations and disclaimer

Internet4u & V2LPower tager forbehold for eventuelle pris- og korrekturfejl, tekniske fejl, udsolgte varer og mangler ved eller forsinkelse af leverancer fra underleverandører.

9. Privacy Policy

Internet4u & V2LPower forstår og respekterer vigtigheden af privatliv på internettet. Forretningen vil ikke afsløre information om kunder/brugere til tredje part, med mindre det er nødvendigt for at implementere en transaktion. Internet4u & V2LPower vil ikke sælge dit navn, adresse, e-mail adresse, kreditkort eller personlige data til nogen tredjepart uden din forudgående tilladelse.

What you have paid for the item will be refunded to you when Internet4u & V2LPower has received your returned items. When exercising the right of withdrawal/return, the money will be electronically refunded.

For an electronic return, it may take up to 5 days before receipt.

When returning the product, the customer is liable for any deterioration of the product. It is of course ok to unpack the product from the bubble wrap from the cardboard box to see what has been purchased. If the product has been used or damaged, Internet4u & V2LPower will assess any deterioration in value.

7. Right of complaint

If you discover an error or defect in a purchased item, you must contact Internet4u & V2LPower as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the error or defect is.

Internet4u & V2LPower will then handle your complaint.

If the product suffers from a defect or deficiency, Internet4u & V2LPower will seek to remedy this or alternatively make a replacement delivery.

8. Reservations and disclaimer

Internet4u & V2LPower reserves the right to any price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items and defects in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.

9. Privacy Policy

Internet4u & V2LPower understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Internet4u & V2LPower will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
